[BRLTTY] Problems compiling a barebones BRLTTY for initramfs

This may be something configure may want to guard against. I mean,
disabling HID could/should disable bluetooth o, ifone wants the user to
be explicit, if there is a contradiction, even implicit, perhaps
configure could / should fail if the options contradict each other?
