[BRLTTY] Looking for documentation on writing to a braille display

Hi Pranav,

If you're able to import the `brlapi` module in Python, you can use the
`help()` function with `brlapi` to explore the available methods and their
explanations. Additionally, searching the web for "brlapi documentation"
should provide you with helpful resources.
