Actually yes. I have sometimes had an issue, that I have had internal newlines
at places where I haved used CLIP_ADD. Don't know why. Now CLIP_ADD works the
way I am used to.

I often use CLIP_ADD to concatenate URLs which span lines. Adding a separator
in this case is undesirable.
