Le Guin has very important insights, even though I wish that we could have
Anarres with better motivators than shame and hunger. Thank you for bringing
this up!

This actually depends on what input devices are available. Commonly we have a
full-fledged keyboard and then it is a non-issue, even using a braille
keyboard is often enough to access CLI, but (at least for me) it is much
slower. But nowadays there are also scenarios where there is no keyboard. For
example I use BRLTTY on Librem 5 phone, and if I did not have a braille
display with a braille keyboard, I would be in trouble.
I think that BDUIs (Braille-display oriented user interfaces) are worth
designing, even though this discussion might be off-topic for BRLTTY.
