[BRLTTY] Clickable links, virtual consoles etc. (Was Re: Footsteps towards better accessibility in Linux)

Hi all,

Just to add that I discovered the facility of orca to bring the mouse to the cursor and click links the other day, which I had not taken fully on board. Yes, I know, RTFM, etc., but there you go. But as pointed out, links aren't always there for you to click. But this does seem broadly the functionality you want.
