[BRLTTY] Copying messages to the clipboard.

Brltty, as I'm sure y'all know, uses what it calls "messages" to display temporary text. This is done, for example, for titles like "Preferences Menu" and "Help Screen". It's also done for the output of commands like DESCCHAR and TIME. 

It's now possible to copy a message's text, or even just part of its text, to the clipboard. This makes it possible, for example, to copy the current time to the clipboard and then paste it into an email.
