The latest code renders a large screen (one with more than 255 columns and/or lines) correctly. At least, that is, if your kernel is more recent than 2019 or so (I forget the precise release). If it's older then a large screen will be rendered incorrectly but you'll still be able to fix that by adding the LargeScreenBug=yes screen driver option.

This fixes the ability to read a large screen, but it doesn't yet deal with knowing exactly where the cursor is when it's beyond the 256th column or line.
