[BRLTTY] braille display continuously cycles when brltty is started

Hmm, it works for me, but only on windows, so I am not sure how to send it to you because its seems to be too big for email transmission and the html link requires javascript.  Do you have orca, maybe you could orca and firefox to read it?

That link doesn't work for me. It must rely on JavaScript. I'm still using lynx. Maybe, one day, I'll grow up! :-)
