Your log actually looks almost good. I see all the keys doing what they're supposed to do except that I don't see DESCCHAR (describe character). I even see both help bindings - long LeftKeypdLeft and Space+h - working.

I do see one error in your keyboard table, though:

   /etc/brltty/Keyboard/pc.ktb[18]: unknown key name: LeftKeypadRight

So on line 18 of your pc.ktb key table - in /etc/brltty/Keyboard/ - you're specifying the name of a braille device key. This means that that particular binding - i.e. not the whole table - won't work.
