Possiblyyes, although I am not quite sure this feature actually has been
tested in such conditions. I asked a sighted friend to test it and,
althoughthe test was done in a graphical terminal, the person reported
the experience to be poor as compared to Emacs running while it's
allowed to talk to the graphical window system.
