No, this modifies Arch's BRLTTY package.

I want to remind people that upstream BRLTTY already fixes this issue (and
potentially others as well) in a very secure way, by creating devices in a
separate mount namespace. In my opinion this is a very good (secure) way to
grant BRLTTY access to special devices.
