[BRLTTY] Support for the new Papenmeier Flow

Hello Dave,
the Braille display is very new. I am going to look at one in the next couple 
of days. I might talk to the developer who knows a little bit about BRLTTY. He 
may perhaps let me know how close the protocol or basic chipset is to the 
other PM displays.
