ELinks already supports multiple navigation modes. It is as easy as providing
enough movement commands (like cursor left, cursor right, next link, previous
link) and a possibility to freely bind keys to these commands. If the frontend
is scriptable, the user can write new commands for changing keymaps with one
key binding.
