[BRLTTY] Next release.

The plan is for the next release of brltty - 6.9 - to be in a couple of weeks or so. I'm hoping that the one outstanding issue that I'm aware of - better support for the HIMS BrailleSense 6 - will be done by then.

Please, all of you who can, give the latest development code a good workout and let us know of any problem(s) that you encounter. If there are any, we'd sure like to have them resolved before 6.9 is released.

Also, if you can think of anything that you'd like to be part of 6.9 then let us know as soon as you an. If it's simple enough then we'll give it a try.
