[BRLTTY] xbrlapi: Minor clipboard issues and one small feature request

Does it happen with various versions of brltty?

What characters does it happen with exactly?

Which application are you pasting into? I have tried gedit and pluma.

Are you running xbrlapi in the Xorg session?
