Yes, that sounds right. Is there a reason to limit it here?

For example sometimes I select all text on a website, change to tty1 and paste it into vim. I also could use vim's
paste-from-xclip function for that but I like the idea to use Brlttys paste key binding for everything and don't have to
worry about buffer sizes.  So without a limit it would be guaranteed that the xclip and brltty paste buffers always hold
the same content.
