I certainly agree that there is not going to be an ideal way. But isn't
it already the case that the proposed features do not cover all the
possible use-cases? The one I mention, for instance, is not covered yet and,
at the moment, that's it.

If we add a feature it won't cover all the use-cases either, but it may
still be an improvement over the current situation. Perhaps one could
use a regexp so that users can customize word boundaries as they need
them. Although I do realise that the regexp may vary between contexts.

One other workflow I find cumbersome at themoment is copying lenthgy
URLs. That, too, is something where I'd like to get more help from
BRLTTY. I realise a first implementation won't necessarily be perfect,
but I think it's by tseting that we can find out what we need; And even
if not perfect, if it could improve copying URLs at least in some cases,
I'd already be satisfaied.
