[BRLTTY] Querying the clipboard.

There was some discussion, recently, about being able to query the current clipboard content. There now is a command in the latest development code - CLIP_SHOW - that does that by presenting the current clipboard content in a message. I haven't yet thought of a good binding for it and, as aways, am wide open to suggestions. Please give it a try and let us know how it can be improved.
