[BRLTTY] Is there a way to improve how the screen is rendered by the speech synthesis?

Dear all,

Imagine the following scenario. I am in Mutt's index which contains
several messages. The cursor is on the first of them nad I'd like to
delete it so I press d. After that, I seem to have developed the habit
of pressing $ to synchronize the mail box. Pressing $ will refresh the
screen: all the lines from message 2 onwards will be shifted one line
up. Consequently, the content of the line cursor is on will change,
display what was message 2 before and has now become message 1.

The braille display will accurately reflect this change, which is good.
On the speech side, though, nothing will be uttered and I wonder whether
this is something that could be improved. My current work-around is to
move the braille window one line down and then one line up, or something
similar, but I find this slightly annoying and would feem more
comfortable if I hadn't to do that for the new line to be spoken.

Any feedback warmly appreciated.

Seb.
