[BRLTTY] HIMS BrailleSense 6 scrolling issues on Debian 13, Ubuntu

I forgot to mention that I was unable to build the brltty form source, I
get lots of dependency errors. I may not able to future this out by this
week due to school. Thank you for your understanding.
