[BRLTTY] SPEAK_NEXT_WORD and word boundaries in Debian Trixie

I tried out your updated key table and yes, I think, that's it.
Good compromise with the tab+(jkl) for parts and ctrl+tab+jkl for words. And the spell commands moved above to the
"special functions" row for the less often used ones. Neat, thanks.
I would like to propose one addition to the key table for the single undefined binding \{kpSpeak}+\{kpAlt}+!\{kpMultiply}:
Bind it to "ASPK_INS_CHARS", this toggles the character echo while typing.

bind \{kpSpeak}+!\{kpMultiply} SPEAK_INDENT
+bind \{kpSpeak}+\{kpAlt}+!\{kpMultiply} ASPK_INS_CHARS
```
It's not related to our current problem but it's a binding at least I use from time to time and so it came to mind.
Does anyone have a better idea for this undefined binding?
