[BRLTTY] A Potential Frankenstein Solution of using a braille display with android without talkback?

Hi all,

It's been several years since I emailed this list and since I've tried
Brltty with android. But here's my question. Let's say, at this point,
it's a hypothetical, I decide, "Talkback's too slow for me, and not
powerful enough. I want to use Jieshuo, (Commentary Screen Reader)".
Now, let's also say that we want braille display support with Jieshuo,
which at this point isn't possible. In theory, Brltty could be used, but
I have a very important question that either makes or breaks my
workflow. Does brltty get booted before the passcode prompt comes up? If
it does, then this setup could actually work! Jieshuo and brltty could
work together so I can use my braille display during the enter password
part. My password is not a 6 digit numeric passcode. It's a 16 character
alphanumeric password, and typing using the on-screen qwerty keyboard is
a nightmare! I know Talkback braille keyboard doesn't work if you're not
using talkback, and the same thing applies for advanced braille
keyboard. Any tips, tricks, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated
for this weird, frankenstein setup! I want to use this setup because
with talkback and documents, reading and editing it in braille, if the
document is long enough, can and will straight up crash talkback, the
braille display, or both. I'm using my HumanWare NLS eReader over
Bluetooth.

Regards,

Zach
