[BRLTTY] Speec support on MacOS

Hi,

It’s basically the same way as building on a linux box: you’ll have to clone the repository, and then:
./autogen
./configure —prefix=/usr/local
make
Sudo make install


Should your system or autogen/configure warn / complain about missing packages, I recommend installing them using Homebrew.
