[BRLTTY] Android and SSH/Terminal

About 4 or 5 years ago I had TDSR running under TermUx.  It was using a 
python class to output to Espeak.  I think TDSR runs under the local 
shell so it can track the cursor, if I remember correctly.  I could try 
it again and try to post the steps if anybody is really interested.
