[BRLTTY] Alva Satellite 544

Hello,

I have used brltty version 6.4.1. Fair year ago that was most recent 
version I got to work. It works more or less reliably - it's better that 
you test it yourself to estimate how well it works in your environment. 
I do not say that for example current brltty version would not work but 
I have not tried

I have used it through usb serial converter (no legacy serial port 
available in my windows laptops).
