[BRLTTY] redirect braille display to virtual machine

Hi,
Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary to use Windows at work. For
this, I use a VM running in virt-manager. Unfortunately,
I don’t have a good solution for using the braille display inside the VM
as well. Is there perhaps a solution for this that I’m not aware of?

My idea is that the braille display would need to be released when the
virt-manager window has focus. Of course, you can stop BRLTTY as root
and then pass the device through to the VM, but that’s not exactly
convenient. Do you have any ideas or even a solution for this?
