Well this can work when connecting seccond cable from EG. a braille Star 80 
using an pl2303 based usb connector, because that display has two
connector usb and rs232.

Unfortunately my display at the office doesn't have two
connectors (only usb).

The approach  from Samuel  worked in the past when using kvm directly.
I was not able  to get that working in libvirt.

More ideas?
