[BRLTTY] Claude Code not using the native terminal's cursor

Hello Sébastien,
thank you very much for bringing this topic up here. In fact I as a
windows user came across the same issue, as technically it's possible to
untether the NVDA cursor from the system one, then move the Braille
display above to read what you type and follow it, but it is not what
you can call somewhat a good screenreader experience. In fact as one can
see from the last Github actions commit, it was totally fine that you
created a new issue, the other three mentioned once were auto locked due
to inactivity and shall be referenced in a new issue if the same problem
is encountered. Therefore I'd raise my hand for us commenting on your
issue, hoping that we can somehow increase the priority for a fix.
