[BRLTTY] Claude Code not using the native terminal's cursor

Hello,

The reported issue about the cursor has been partially fixed
in version 2.1.84 of Claude Code: the native cursor of the terminal is
now working properly when editing prompts, but not yet in menus where it
still remains at the bottom of the screen rather than being placed on
the selected item.

Lesson learned, what seems to actually matter to Anthrpics is the number
of "thumb up" reactions given to the description of the issue
so if you have the time and it is compatible with your values,
your thumbs would be more than welcome.

That being said, adding comments to confirm the problem on various
platforms andwith various screen readers can't hurt so I'd say
do not hesitate to be even more vocal than through just thumbs.

And of course, do not hesitate to spread the word in your circles.

For instance, for the first issue I thought about the Linux mailing
lists, NVDA users (thank you Julian) and the AppleVis forum but I
completely forgot aobut Jaws users. If some of you have connections there it
could be helpful to involve the user of this screen reader, too.
