[BRLTTY] HelpTech Activator aC4: Unable send any key input

Hi, Dave,

,thanks for your reply. It turned out the repairs were unsuccessful or 
not thorough enough, because the Activator in question died the same day 
(i.e., its battery gave up the ghost). Thus, it's a reasonable 
assumption that the problems I observed are actually a symptom of faulty 
hardware. I'll provide the logs once I have a replacement device, and 
provided the problems still persist.
