<p>Search for brltty.exe and see if it was installed.</p>
<p>There is also a file called run-debug.bat which should produce a
log file. I suspect that the 6.0 release doesn't work on Windows
10, but somebody may have better results.</p>

when she tries to use the command prompt to run the program. I
cannot find any troubleshooting information for this stage of
