Hi Cstrobel,

I tryed your suggestion, only I changed the device name from
ttyUSB0 to ttyACM0, because my serial adapter device name is this
device name. The ls /dev/ttyUSB0 command results no such file or
directory command.

Unfortunately not changed anything, I don't understand why
because the usb to serial adapter are correct detected during boot
process, and /dev/ttyACM0 device is created under the /dev
directory.

Default I don't no what baud rate trying communicate the usb to
serial adapter the focus 1 display, perhaps the default baud rate
is wrong.

the fs driver need set during usb serial connection a baud rate
in parameter the /etc/brltty.conf file the driver section, similar
with bl driver, for example 9600 baud?

I don't no automatic way what module are loaded when I plugging
my Thinkpad L380 notebook the usb to serial adapter, of course I
attached the braille display the 12 V power supply whit the old
braille display manual wrote if serial port attached the display.

You are remember absolute correct, in Bookworm available the
BRLTTY 6.7 revision.

I use from debian stable-backports repository the Linux
6.11.5+BPO version.

(with available the stable-backports repository branch).

I attaching zip compressed the syslog entries related with
brltty, estimated after the 17:10 time power up related test.

I attaching detailed lsusb command result, the detailed lsmod
list with are automatically loaded, and the ls /dev/tty* command
result.

I wrote previous wrong my usb to serial adapter name, lsusb -v
says the usb to serial cable manufacturer is following (sorry the
very long output part:

Subject: [BRLTTY] Focus 1 70 display and USB to serial
adapter: possible connecting this scenario?

Dear List,

Unfortunatelly, possible my old Alva display are defected, so
I tryed my another home have Focus 1 70 display.

Normal serial cable and normal serial 9 pin port the display
work, but my second machine not have a general serial pin
cable hardvare connector, so I buied a Genbird USB to serial 9
pin cable.

Both Ubuntu 20.04 and Debian 12 are correct detected my usb
to serial cable, and created correct the /dev/ttyACM0 device.

In /etc/brltty.conf file I set braille driver related config
key, and added following line into the config file:

braille-device serial:ttyACM0 # First serial device.

Because the display shows only the focus 70 related status
message and not the actual braille output, I restarted BRLTTY
with sudo brltty -d /dev/ttyACM0 and -D fs command, and used
the -L option.

I translated the possible relevant log file entries from
hungarian to english with Google translator, but I don't what
means the missing libraryes related error messages, and how
possible correcting these issues.

The log file is created In Ubuntu 20.04 Mate edition, with
Brltty 6.5 revision.

If need, I have possibility to create a log file my test
machine the Debian 12 Bookworm release, I not remember BRLTTY
come my system from the backport repo or not.

Log file says following:
