Hi,

I've got an error with gendeps and tclsh8.3:

bad option "-tails": must be -directory, -join, -nocomplain, -path, -types, or --

With tclsh8.4, this works, however.
Well, tclsh8.3 is maybe old, but it could be useful to at least detect
the version and tell the user to upgrade to 8.4
