Hi, Hum, indeed, I got the same result with my win98 box. Which windows is yours? I can't test with winXP now. Dave, maybe we should turn serial.c to always use windows functions, even in the cygwin port? Using cygwin's emulation is just asking for bugs... Regards, Samuel
