[BRLTTY] Brltty & Gnopernicus - how to assign navigation keys

No I didn't. In fact I believed that with Gnopernicus 0.11.2 and BRLTTY
3.6.2 it was no more necessary to proceed to this replacement. But if
you think that doing that will be helpful I can try.
