[BRLTTY] A STUPID WINDOWS QUESTION

I have written some sort of screen reader. It can read usual widgets,
but it is far from perfect: it only shows the currently focused object.
It needs brltty for braille access.

Do you have cygwin or mingw installed ? (else I may send you some .exe
files, if you tell me which windows version you are running).
