[BRLTTY] BRLTTY under Windows (was Re: BRLTTY for Cygwin)

Hello!

I've a problem while running a MingW version of the program. BRLTTY
can not read the help file. I compiled BRLTTY under msys/MingW, and I
copied the dir. c:\msys\etc\brltty to c:\etc\brltty, and then the
correct translation table could be read, but not the help file. Do
anyone know why?

There is not much debug info available, although I have tried the -l
debut -e option.
