The problem with the fact taht so much blind are working for the gov under
W$ whiel X-window stil can't be a functional alternative, causes the
refusal of an entire blind community to push/promote the usage of free and
opensource solutions;
the real problem is that in fact last week M$ refuses to implement ODT in
the future Office Suite, so in fact M$ is the source of discrimination,
not the ODT;
but the relation is: how long must blind people who definitely has
prefered opensource and free solutions, must wait until we will have a
full functional OOo, firefox, and some other very important apps who may
be used in job situation?

I'm not a specialist, I just think there is a relation between the
reaction of a community and the absence of any alternative, even if this
alternative is promissed since years!
