An aspect of the Inka support that is missing is the ability to switch 
between shell sessions.  This is unfortunate because it is impossible to 
switch out of sessions where programs like dosemu are being used because 
these programs will capture the alt + left/right arrows for themselves.  
Though it is possible to run dosemu so that these key-combinations are not 
captured, this means they are not passed to the dos applications, either.

Anyway, thanks to whoever for including this support, it's appreciated.
