[BRLTTY] A small interesting curiosity

In my opinion the old "paste twice"funcionality is useful in some situation. 
For example, if you need to type a sequence of characters a lot of times 
(I.E.: to have bash executing the same commands many times witouth creating a 
script). I know: coding a program is NEVER AN EASY thing, but I think again it 
may be a good idea to put an entry in the preference menu, regarding this 
function. I experienced also problems because my device routing keys are very 
sensible and sometimes they detects dozens of pressions even if I don't move 
my finger. It probably caused problems to other also, but if we can 
enable/disable it, this function may become a great userful possibility.
