Could this be done before 3.7 is released?
Dave, maybe you can just adapt text.fr_FR.tbl into text.fr_FR at euro.tbl
yourself by using the above bindings, these are indeed the currently
used conventions. What should just be changed too for iso15 correctness
is S with caron \xa6 (23478), s with caron \xa8 (2348), Z with caron
\xb4 (135678), z with caron \xb8 (13568) and Y with diaeresis xbe
(1345678).
