[BRLTTY] portuguese translator table

Hello,
My name is Sérgio Neves. I'm from Portugal and I'm new in this list. I would like to ask a question:
I am in university  and I want to start using linux.
I read the brltty's manual and I didn't find the portuguese braille table for brltty. I would like to know if it's difficult to make a table and if you can tell me the way to make it.
Sorry, but I don't understand anything of linux.
