Yes, please apply this, the current default behaviour is rather problematic, if
not to say broken.  If the user only uses the external keyboard (which
is quite likely), and switches to the X console where
gnopernicus is running with BRLTTY configured as a braille backend,
the keyboard suddenly stops working, and you are not able to switch
back to the text console anymore.  This means to fix this, *every* BrlAPI
client would need to re-implement the uinput haindling, which is rather
silly and just not going to happen.
