[BRLTTY] Does the rhmkiso script work for anyone at all?

Better yet is to simply create the needed device nodes when they're
missing, using makenod and the hardcoded major/minor numbers. Those
numbers are function of the kernel and not of the distribution used to
create the braillified image anyway.
