[BRLTTY] key problems on Alva Satellite 544 with brltty 3.7.2

Hi,

I'm using Debian, have installed it on a new pc; it comes with v. 3.7.2 
of brltty,
but how can I have the features as under older versions where you can 
press and hold a key up or down to do up up up or down down down?
at this moment I have to press 24 times up or down ...
