Why not, since it was already renamed from brlapi_writeStruct

Also, BRLAPI_SETTINGS_INITIALIZER should be rather called
BRLAPI_CONNECTIONSETTINGS_INITIALIZER since the structure is now called
brlapi_connectionSettings_t.
