[BRLTTY] An authoritative source of information about English computer Braille (was: e d o)

The BRLTTY table is based on the North American computer braille code, which
is widely implemented in braille devices. The British, as usual, developed
their own, which uses dot-6 numbers and is therefore more similar to some of
the Continental European systems.

I'm sure there is a list of the North American ASCII to braille table
somewhere on the Web.
