[BRLTTY] Continued problems with brltty with powerpc installer

The testing powerpc netinst and businesscard images at cdimage.debian.org 
have not been updated since December 11th. However, the netbooot mini,iso 
bears a date of December 20 so I decided to at least burn it and try 
booting. Unfortunately, the results are the same as before:  brltty comes 
up with a version of 3.9 rev unknown and very soon afterward my display 
reverts to the characters I have described before. So either this is not 
the version with the patch or the cause of the problem is still 
undetermined.
