[BRLTTY] Final release of brltty 3.8?

Hi,
now I succeeded in installing brltty, after installing the speech-dev 
package.
A bit confusing was, that the files are stored in different paths to 
3.7.2. Especially the conf file is now in /usr/etc instead of /etc, and a 
3.7.2 binary was left in /sbin. Renaming it, and copying brltty.conf in 
/usr/etc solved the problem.
One problem is left: I do not have braille support in Orca anymore. I use 
the latest stable version 2.17.91.
Dave told me in his last mail to use the latest version of Orca; does this 
mean to use a developer version? Perhaps there is another solution?
Btw.: Speech-dispatcher is working with brltty, and now I've a German 
synth, thanks to the developers.
