[BRLTTY] Lack of speech output with Speech-dispatcher

Hello Dave,
after a closer test, I found out what it is.
All lines that contain German umlauts (öäüÖÄÜß) were not spoken, although 
the used synthesizer (Espeak) has a German module and does speak those 
characters correctly in the stand alone version and in Orca too.
Since a new version of the Gnome speech server was released, I use Espeak 
with that server under Orca, but before I used Orca and Espeak together 
with Speech-dispatcher, and there were no problems with that umlauts.
